40-50 Year Inspection

As per state and local laws, every building is required to undergo a structural and electrical inspection after 40 years from the date of completion, and every subsequent 10 years there after. This applies to both commercial and residential buildings, and must be completed within 90 days of receiving a notice. That is why we here at PLF Structural Engineers are proud to provide this service to any customer, after all your safety is our concern, whether it be now or 40 years from now.
